Vienna (or Wien) is a smorgasbord of sights. The best way to start is to buy a streetcar pass for the days you will be visiting and first take the Ring Street car - in either direction. It is hop on and hop off wherever and whenever you want. All the main sights, except downtown, are on the ring.
