This is where we stayed and liked it very much. See the B&B section. The advantage was to 1) not go back into London; 2) turn the car in early and save money; 3) the cab fare to Gatwick was only £8 ($12.75) and 15 minutes; 4) the train was convenient (see page that follows); and 5) town had a very good pub that was a 5 minute stroll away.
